Other Planets
As humanity explores space, life on other planets feels closer. With the Lunar and Mars missions, satellite and spaceship development, space tourism is just a few years ahead. Are our dreams becoming a reality?
This project is a cosmic fantasy and a virtual expedition to existing planets of our Solar System. The goal is to explore the boundaries of illusion and reality, using the archetypes of 2 chosen planets: Mars and Neptune. Our characters will have arrived onto the planets' surfaces, and react to a new environment. What would it be like?
As we step beyond Earth’s orbit, our most basic measurements start to dissolve. A year on Mars is 687 Earth days. On Neptune, it’s 165 Earth years. On Mars, you’d weigh about 62% less than on Earth. With every planet comes a new version of reality. Does identity then exist the way we know it? The physical turns into the metaphysical, and the metaphysical into the subconscious.
For centuries, we've looked to the stars, wondering if there's life on other planets. Humans always want to explore, driven by curiosity and desire to scale beyond our environment. In searching for other forms of life, we’re questioning what it means to be alive, as life—like time and space in Einstein's theory of relativity—may only be defined in relation to something beyond itself. Thus, in searching for others, we're really searching for ourselves. If we find life, even in its simplest form, it changes everything. And if we never find it, the search itself uncovers deep truths along the way.
Technology is progressing very fast, and it’s changing our lives at the speed of light without us even noticing. In this project, we embraced AI as a creative collaborator—every planetary projection was AI-generated, turning our vision into a shared dialogue between human imagination and machine intelligence.

→ My role: concept development, visual mood, styling collaboration, and art direction on set.
-
Concept & Narrative: Developed a visual concept inspired by evolving AI aesthetics, shifting brand identities, and cosmic themes in fashion — exploring Mars and Neptune as metaphors for dual emotional states and future environments.
-
Creative Direction: Shaped the visual world and tone of the project from early ideation to final output. Created moodboards, visual references, and creative briefs to guide the team.
-
Team Assembly & Styling Collaboration: Pulled together the creative team, and collaborated closely on styling, hair, and makeup to align with the narrative arc of each planet.
-
AI-Generated Visuals: Designed and generated all planetary projections using AI tools. These visuals were used live on set to build immersive, cinematic backdrops.
-
Direction on Set: Led art direction for both photo and video — from framing and lighting guidance to movement, pacing, and emotional cues.
-
Post-Production: Oversaw visual editing to ensure narrative consistency and mood continuity across stills and motion.
